診斷流程第一步是先測TSH，Normal TSH level再做 FNA biopsy

建議A B都可

文中也提到
In several large studies, FNA biopsy yielded the following findings:
70% benign,
10% malignant or suspicious for malignancy, and
20% nondiagnostic or yield insuffient material diagnosis.

題目中並沒有提到硬塊大小 也沒有提到醫師對其硬塊做理學檢查的結果

外科的題目用內科的教科書不知道行不行？
不懂為什麼一開始就先做侵襲性的檢查

推 kawasakis:外科好像真的一開始就比較傾向侵入性檢查
推 dierguarder:FNB檢查不是一開始的首先考量吧 答案很怪耶
