本題考的是關於腎臟移植的禁忌症。根據所學，禁忌症有絕對禁忌和相對禁忌。於美國馬
里蘭大學醫學中心之網頁可見到相對禁忌症有：

本題選項C「十年前曾接受肺癌手術」沒有提到是否有適切的追蹤和評估，而且也算是相
對禁忌症。
所以建議選項C也該給分。
至於第28題
膽囊的生理，在下我從Guyton生理學第十一版803頁找到：
in the concentrating process in the gallbladder, water and large portions of
the electrolytes (except calcium ions) are reabsorbed by the gallbladder
mucosa….
其中並未提到膽汁較酸是因為氫離子的分泌，相反地，根據其餘上下文及同頁表格所示，
膽汁較酸應該是膽囊再吸收碳酸氫根。並非題目所述的「分泌氫離子」。因此本題C選項
應該也是錯誤敘述。
