Antilymphocyte globulin (ALG) and traditional monoclonal antibody therapy
appear to act by relatively nonselective lymphocyte depletion or
inactivation.The profound immunosuppression resulting from the use of ALG or
OKT3 increases the recipient's risk for opportunistic infection or lymphoma.
Because of these risks, the use of ALG or OKT3 is generally limited to less
than 3 weeks.
因此Antilymphocyte globulin並非終生使用, 使用時間最好在三個禮拜內, 所以此題沒有
選項正確, 故建議送分
