這就像是那些偉大的故事，佛羅多。真正打動人心的那種。那種故事裡總充滿了黑暗與

危險。而且有的時候你根本不想知道結局，因為怎麼可能有好結局？這麼多壞事發生之

後這個世界怎麼可能還回復原樣？

然而到最後，這些陰影終會過去，所有黑闇一定會過去的。又將會有新的一天。

當太陽昇起時，明亮將更加明亮。

這才是你的故事。這一切都存在著意義，即使我們渺小得難以明瞭。

但是我想，佛羅多，我明瞭了，我現在了解了。

在故事中的角色總有許多機會可以回頭，但他們從不回頭。

他們只是繼續走下去。因為他們堅持著什麼。

佛羅多：我們堅持著什麼，山姆？

山姆：堅持著世上還有的一些美好，佛羅多……這值得我們一戰！



我也覺得直接的翻譯比文皺皺的優美詞句更能觸動人心，所以試著重譯了一次，

我想有的時候簡單的話語更真實，更能傳達情感。
