I was only a boy, but the image of my father holding the woman
he loved for the last time has remainedwith me throughout the years.
It is always surprising how small a part of life is taken up
by meaningful moments.
Most often they are over before they start, although they cast a light
on the future and make the person who originated them unforgettable.
大概的翻譯是
當時我只是個孩子，但父王最後一次擁著他最心愛的女人的畫面，
一直在我腦海裡好多年難以抹去。
令人驚訝地~生活中美好有意義的時刻往往只占一小部分，
更多時候它甚至還沒開始就已經結束了，
即使它為未來帶來希望且使人難以忘懷。
