相關指令：chat、kings、guildtell、shout。

權限：玩家。

說明：開關頻道狀態。可設定頻道有：

　　　 1. chat：一般閒聊。
　　　 2. shout：大呼。
　　　 3. kings：國家頻道(需加入某一國)。
　　　 4. guildtell：公會頻道(需選定一個主公會)，簡易鍵：gt。
　　　 5. auction：拍賣頻道。
　　　 6. die：玩家死亡訊息。
　　　 7. bet：大樂透訊息。
　　　 8. rotary：賭盤訊息。

格式：ture：檢視目前頻道開關情形。
　　　tune channel：開關指定頻道。
