說明：按table的內容回傳一個時間值（數字），若不帶參數則回傳目前時間。
      table的字段：
 　　 year, month, day, hour, min, sec, isdst

範例：print(os.time());
輸出：1249887340

　　　print(os.time({year=1970, month=1, day=1, hour=0}));
輸出：10500
