首先是我遇到狀況的回報，

As your suggestion of the previous request, I re-install Windows Vista
and all the drivers in the DVD which is additional when I bought the laptop.
All programs are fine but the online game GVO. (http://gvo.joypark.com.tw/)
When I'm playing GVO, it crashes after 10 mins or more than 1 hour sometimes.
It's all dark on my panel, no response, and has to be forced off by
pushing the power icon.
It never happened in my old laptop, IBM R50e.
Could you find out why and give me the solution?

接下來是Dell的回覆，
I think you meet one compatibility issue.1330 play this 3D game may
cause system hung up with black screen.
XPS team had escalate this case to IPS team.If you need more help
,please call XPS team(0080-1863085)
經過與客服十分鐘的對談，他說已在測試中，目前還找不出原因，
但是確定幾乎每個用M1330玩3D遊戲的人，在不同的遊戲環境下會變黑螢幕，
於是我給了他們，我自己一些測試的結果，何時能解決仍未知…
