二、說明
fallen77發表之徵才文#1QQhPtki (part-time)，未依約定發放工資，經查証屬實，
符合黑名單管理辦法第五條第一項第一款之要件，依同法第二項予以單位警告處分。
依同法第七條第一項第一款，fallen77及其持有之多重帳號，自公告日起七日內，
不得於本板發表任何徵才文，違者視為違反本板板規第十五條第一項第九款，
處水桶一百八十日、文章得退文。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板發文申訴。
