The Ritual
Should I evoke someone for helping?
The yellowed paper is idled aside for a long time.
Opening the curtains?
Don’t you know there is nothing
but the thrilling babbling come and go. 5
Taking a deep breath?
It may be the first sport to wake up the soul, and
The fresh air flows into the thumping sweet─
something tries to pump out of here, I can feel it
through the fingers’ giddy dance. 10
How a silly man you are!
Now draw the curtains and let there be light.
Closing the eyes and hearing the sound of rain,
Summoning the pen and wielding it gracefully.
Pouring the heat of soul into the freezing continent. 15
Such a sort of calm, private world is
a wonderland that you try to conceal from me.
I take a seat on the soft grass─
Transforming the setbacks into sincerely notes
crooned inside everyone’s memories. 20
