其實我是spacedunce5在養新的帳號啦，
所以本篇不列入秋之作考量。

Lust and lamentation

I dreamed of Eva, she was free
fair and beautiful, kicking her
beloved soccer ball in the wide
stone courtyard - or was it marble?

The ball flew past an ornate fountain
sprouting streams of hope from its
fleur-de-lis, like my hopes come forth
at her golden hair, flowing,
flowing. She

picked up the ball and threw it to me:
Punt it! So i did. It arched in the air
like a white pebble thrown of boredom
by the creek; it curved over an oak
mighty and stoic. i ran

to fetch it, return it, and found the white pebble
in April's hands. Gold became black, white
turned into orange, oak leaves to backboard;
a crack on the floor was a freethrow line.

A game of one-on-one ensued, she
scoring the same as i, until we
exhausted each other. She
leaned against the post, and i
posted my hand next to her head,
and she kissed me -

almost: I have a boyfriend.
                            NO!!

Does she not know what she is to me?
    the reason i show up for class
      my safeguard from falling asleep
        aphrodite in these barbarous times
          guinivere not yet found by the king

yet the king has found you.
I am not that king.

Then i left Freud's kingdom, and entered my own.
