[Chiwaku (平成果子狸愛吃醋)]

Go in peace!

Here and there,
You and you go here and there
Searching for anything left for food,
Wanting something to keep for winter.
Oh, I can give you what you want,
If you'd like to consult me.
What I hate is that you steal my things
Disturb my place
Annoy my emotions
Without asking me first!

Do you know? Small, black thieves—
I know you have done it for a
Highly-exalted purpose of life-keeping of all the clan
But! I'll have to remind you that
Don't steal my things
Don't disturb my place
Don't annoy my emotions
Do ask me first
And you don't even try!

When you struggle for a life-and-death question
I also struggle for a life-and-death question.
You risk your lives,
I'm speaking to myself
"To kill or not to kill,
That's a question."

I close my eyes and tell you,
"Go in peace!"
I decide never to hurt any of you in the end.
"Your faith has saved you,
So Go In Peace!"

And I find you
Nodding, and then
Talking to each other
Speaking a nonhuman language.

How stupid I am.
Better
I Go In Peace.
