Chapters silhouetting another side of you,
You spot wonders and landscapes
You never behold through your own lens.
Friendship is neither anchored in first, second
Nor third person but in fourth person ---
A blessed mutant embracing You, He/She,
And I --- a phenomenon that transcends the
Material grammar and unifies every
Separate, lonely island --- forming a new continent
With creeks murmuring and
Chanting ditties of love and
Reciprocal, unconditioned devotion.
