Once upon a time, The Sphinx delivered an oracle That divined the destiny of Noah's oriental descendants— Tossed in an odyssey in quest For a new Holy Grail. A sea of treacherous riddles Charging like a troop of Filthiest beasts—with appetites Whetted for annihilation, Waged a massacre of Seven Days And Seven Nights. Afloat on the troubled sea Was the ark—wombing a crew of Sailors young and old. They harken to an abyss of despair— There swirled a requiem, A rhythmic torment Marching ad infinitum. The day and the night transfixed, The hues of delight drained From the sublunar sphere— Enshrouded was everything And nothing fled From the web of terror. Afar rallied a cloud of banshees Squeaking and chorusing A bead of abracadabra— The pitch-dark drape of night Ripped and torn apart— The bobbing slumbers Of the seafarers shattered Like werewolf-ravaged critters. The calling of an albatross Rekindled a glint of salvation And heralded the accession Of the ultimate dawn of victory— There arrived Seven Sages, Transformed into seven crystal balls That silenced such a pandemonium. Restored was the tranquility of Seven Days and seven Nights— A brilliant week these mariners Ought to have enjoyed. -- http://blog.xuite.net/eddyguitar/music Eddy的詞曲創作小宇宙 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.122.218.79
