[創作] circus circus

[hahastarr (漫步中的哈哈星人)]

so we walked into
this café
'circus circus'
its name reminded us
of something long lost
might be coming back
or not

though it was our first time
to try their passion-
fruit and mango muffin
"have here or take away?"
"cash or eftpos?"
"yoghurt or cream?"

i felt it tasted
tasteless
after so many questions
were being asked

i couldn't finish the muffin
in the end
"too dry," i said
just like our conversation

before we left
i wanted to write something
about October
so I did
on a napkin
later blown away by the wind

and we just stood there
in the 'circus circus'
watching
