I would not change a thing for all the world.
Poetic memories of love galore:
Sardonic witticisms once unfurled;
Waves of passion racking at the shore
Of being; study sessions gone awry;
Two late-night bowls of sweet, hot soybean milk;
A glowing picture captured on the fly
In bed and covers soft as China silk;
Dark evenings when roaming in the streets
We valued light and shadow and the moon;
Truffles, thrown like snowballs; other treats;
Times when we laughed and acted the buffoon----
        Yet still it hurts me so for me to say
        I wish----O how I wish!----that you would stay.
