The solitary light falls on my pair of leather shoes,
Reflecting off the polished mica surface of the two
Black entities. I want to feel release from social bonds
And find in solitary light connection staying strong.

Those books that hoard my desk space and purport to hold some truth
Are nothing more than simulacra throwing me askew.
Platonic truth is what I lack and like that light of mine,
Connection from those books is something for which I would die.

Superfetation, positivist, chavenet----all these
Are meaningless in every way; yet everywhere I see
Some self-styled intellectual again spewing this trash,
Attempting a superfetation pulled out from his ass.

----But where has all the face-to-face reality been tied
In hiding from the limitless infinity of lies?
And how would I retrieve them all if I, out from this mess,
Should want a face-to-face to feel humanity again?
