[創作] Inland and leeward

[yuuyh (倒吊人)]

Inland and leeward
I left the shore
for the darkening horizon
and the blood-red sunset,

but a surge of waves
seized my feet and,
as if touched by a dead lover,
I was dragged back to

the lukewarm sea
where those ghosts dwelt
and I stared and watched
with eyes wide open.
