Skating ============================================= -- dedicated to Vin The ocean'd frozen 'cross the silent bridge. A rustling stirred you Along the edge. The moon's shot onto the somber cloak. Tender notes struck by Hickory, dicory, dock. The hail sprinkled over the August soil. You heard the applause Long away, downhill. Once I had fallen several times, Crouching down my knees And searching for my fright. But all I found was the mirror, A face written with terror Roaming in the twilight. Then there you were On the far end of this oval Electric field. s s s s s s s s s s s s s Here I slided Into... my own shadow?
