我想先請問何為對岸？台灣東邊的對岸是美國加州，北邊是日本韓國，
南是菲律賓的呂宋島，西是中國的福建省，用對岸這個詞也是使人混淆不清。
不過由文中可知也許指的是西方的對岸，再者大陸界定不明，究竟指哪一個大陸？
更何況有人在後面標上PRC，更使人了解PRC的漢譯並非大陸，至於中國有沒有不滿，
上次人家就已經表示中國就是中國，不叫中共，就不要再去叫人家別的名字，
徒增誤會。

Charter of the United Nations
Article 23
1.The Security Council shall consist of fifteen Members of the United Nations.
The Republic of China, France, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic
the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the United States
of America shall be permanent members of the Security Council.
The General Assembly shall elect ten other Members of the United Nations to
be non-permanent members of the Security Council, due regard being specially
paid, in the first instance to the contribution of Members of
the United Nations to the maintenance of international peace and security and
to the other purposes of the Organization, and also to equitable geographical
distribution.
由此之ROC仍在聯合國之中。

The General Assembly
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations,
Considering that the restoration of the lawful rights
of the People’s Republic of China is essential both for the
protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause
that the United Nations must serve under the Charter,
Recognizing that for the representatives of the Government of the
People’s Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of
China to the United Nations and that the People’s Republic of
China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council
Decides to restore all its rights to the People’s Republic of
China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as
the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations,
and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from
the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and
in all the organizations related to it.
由此知中華人民共和國的代表才是中國唯一的合法代表，亦為安理會中
常任理事國之一員，行使憲章中中華民國的權利及義務，因此中華民國
就是中華人民共和國，是事實，無庸置疑的。
