That's not the point. What should be stressed now is that the mainland China
government never and ever provides any basis for freedom pf speech. Of course
freedom should be within the limit of law. However you can see that the CCP
government always decides whether some speech or literature is illegal or not
by few people's prejudice instaed of by law.
