最近用到一些這方面的東西看了很多就順便整理出來希望其他板友有需要的時候可以參考 24h Hotlines Lifenet 800 543 3638 說中文的話: 877 990 8585 這邊主要在評估你的情況然後提供轉介資訊 THE SAMARITANS 這我不是很推薦他們主要目的是在判斷你是不是當下就有自殺可能如果沒有大概就會是某種像鸚鵡教科書/照本宣科式的回應暑假到了大概蠻有機會遇到這樣可能是必須完成時數的實習生之類如果有我想大概也就是拖延 (但如果方法這麼了無新意可能很難拖延得了) 照規定試圖找出你的所在地然後連絡警察局 Helpline 212-532-2400 National Suicide Prevention 1-800-784-2433 Crisis Service 800-999-9999 ------------------------------------------------------------------- 諮商之前因為這邊各州有各州不同的執業規定證照種類也多 (比方物質濫用或是團體諮商等較特定的諮商也各有特定證照或資格考) 所以先提醒大家在諮商前一定要事先了解一下諮商師的執照種類/資格/所受訓練 LCSW - licensed clinical social worker LMHC - licensed mental health counselor LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor LP - Licensed Psychoanalyst (在許多州也可以用於Licensed Psychologist) 這邊列出各證照跟資格的說明 http://therapists.psychologytoday.com/rms/content/therapy_credentials.html general low cost therapy info 教會、大學跟非營利組織、訓練機構都會有一些依收入決定收費或實驗/訓練性質的諮商這個網頁有各州一些便宜的諮商服務資訊非常清楚包括價格跟諮商師資格 http://www.academyofct.org/Library/InfoManage/Guide.asp?FolderID=153&SessionID= 紐約當地以下除非特別註明否則都是sliding scale(以收入決定收費) 其中某些有提供較特殊的諮商 (如: 物質濫用家庭暴力性侵害兒童青少年諮商或者是特定精神疾病詳細服務、價格、連絡方式跟各分點請見各網頁這邊貼的以一般成人諮商為主) (教會方面我選擇跳過, 如果有興趣的話可以參考 Lutheran Counseling Center of New York http://www.lccny.org 800 3171173) The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy* http://www.icpnyc.org 1841 Broadway(60th st), 4th Fl. 212 333 3444 第一次面談評估 $60 之後是依照收入從$45-$300(最高不確定我的耳朵自動省略) 而且有特別針對藝術工作者的諮商 (加上離我實習地點很近 ^^") Columbia Uni, Center for educational and psychological services* http://www.tc.columbia.edu/ceps 525 West 120th Street, Box 91 212 678 3262 評價不錯不過諮商師都是在教職員監督下的研究所學生申請有點麻煩，需要先書面申請(可以郵寄個人親送或fax) 而且好像審查/排隊時間都蠻長的 (據說審查通過還是用信件通知 = =) 八月休息打去問說這兩個月不一定排得到時間如果排不到的話就要等九十月 $5-40 New York-Presbyterian Hospital* 在綜合醫院跟心理方面全美排名都名列前茅但除了Cognitive Therapy和某些特殊program是sliding scale 其他並沒有特別註明 (有針對performing artist的特殊計畫, 之中有包含心理治療) http://nyp.org/psychiatry/ * Columbia Psychiatry General Adult Outpatient Program 622 W. 168th St. ; 16 E. 60th St. 212 305 6001 這個referral line超級糟糕會一直被丟來丟去 (而且被丟到錯的地方) 連請對方重複一次電話號碼都沒人在聽的...... 最好要很清楚你要找誰要幹嘛 (問題是本來就是搞不清楚才會打referral line啊) * Weill Cornell Psychiatry Payne Whitney Manhattan 525 E. 68th st. 888 694 5700 Anxiety and Mood Disorders Services Cognitive Therapy Center CTC Manhattan 425 E. 61st Street PH Floor 212 821 0775 $50起跳 columbia uni, center for pscvhoanalytic training and research* http://www.psychoanalysis.columbia.edu/patients 這邊有便宜的心理分析服務不過過程非常非常冗長... 而且實際療程一星期要去四次一般長達4-6年首先是申請費用$25 有一份除了基本選擇外五題(大哉問?)的申論問答包括申請動機描述家庭,個人經歷背景描述對你最重要的人及你的感覺情緒,心理困難的經歷和曾經做過的努力, 生活的那部分會讓你覺得滿足; 如果符合會安排intake 45-90分鐘有self report要帶回家填表寄回; 然後是不只一次的evaluation(第一次$35 之後每次$15) 根據詳細背景經歷和困難點評估適合的治療方式醫生會據此撰寫詳細的評估報告 (對到現在都還在評估階段喔) 然後大約在一個月內會通知你是否適合治療或幫忙轉介 (看完我就放棄了= =) NYU NYU Postdoctoral Clinic * Psychoanalytic Institute http://www.med.nyu.edu/psa/treatment/ 400 East 34th Street 212 263 6243 不過要先填寫application 而且立刻就要先付50塊的申請費(包含面談評估費用) 之後費用要個別跟諮商師談 (這點讓我不太安心) * NYU Postdoctoral Clinic* 715 Broadway @ Washington Pl.
