今天終於從美國的官方單位
得到了肯定的回答
如果要去美國的朋友
可以參考一下
我第一次是寫信給aphis的人員
(也就是周小姐給的網站)
但是他們回覆說網站上都找的到(放屁)
網站是只有運出美國或是州與州之間的規定
我再寫一封信去問
他們給了我另一個email Jerry.D.DePoyster@aphis.usda.gov
說jerry是負責動物出入境的專家
這位jerry先生的回覆如下:
大概的意思是說兔子去美國沒有特殊規定
只要沒有生病或帶有傳染疾病
準備好兔子的健康證明報告
應該就可以
但是因為我要去dc
所以相關規定還是要洽詢dc的單位
I do not believe there will be any problem, but a health certificate
stating that the rabbit is in good health with no transmittable diseases
would be useful. But, to get a definitive answer, I must refer you to
the office that has responsibility for Washington, DC. Please contact
this office by phone or email.

他們不清楚直接叫我找avic
不過他給我的資訊跟jerry先生一樣
都是請我連絡dr.steven.finch
For pets coming into the US from another country, we usually refer those
questions to the Area Veterinarian in Charge (AVIC) of the destination
state. they have the most up to date information.

大意是:
兔子入境美國沒有特殊規定
也不需要申請輸入許可
但是準備健康證明很有用
如果你要放食物在籠子裡的話
請不要用植物作成的墊料
可以用看護墊
這樣一下飛機就可以丟掉
USDA does not have regulations for the import of pet rabbits. You do not require
an import permit. Some airlines may require you have a health certificate,
which is probably is not a bad idea in any case.Don't use vegetative material
for bedding in its carrier. If you put food in , use a commercial rabbit
pellit that may be discarded when you reach the US port of entry.
