[問題] why??

[help. (猜猜我是誰 ? ^o^)]

  sorry could anyone tell me why i cant type in chinese even if
  i use microsoft new chinese?
  i have come across this situation before and i remembered i pressed
  ctrl+....+....somethingelse to solve this
  but now i forget so anyone could help me please
  i hope u will understand what i say
