有沒有人會覺得應該是 (3) inclusion

Inclusion is the integration of most students with disabilities in general
education classes.(Friend, 1996)(融合指的是一種讓大多數殘障兒童進入普通班，
並增進在普通班學習的一種方式)

Full inclusion is the integration of students with disabilities in the
general education classroom at all times regardless of the nature or severity
of disability. ( 完全融合指的是特殊兒童不分類別及輕重皆可全時融入普通班)

題目問的是融合教育而不是完全融合
