[考題] 96 學年度 彰師大特殊教育研究所考題

在九十六學年度的研究所考題中
唯一的一題選擇題讓我有點無解，題目如下

 1.根據美國教育部2006 公告之（34 CFR Parts 300 and 301: Assistance

   to States for the Education of Children With Disabilities and

   Preschool Grants for Children With Disabilities），此項法規亦

   即為美國2004 年公告之「身心障礙個人教育促進法案」（Individuals

   with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004, IDEA 200，公法

   108-446）之施行細則，此法律規定「注意力缺陷暨行為過動症」

  （attention deficit hyperactivity disorder）係被歸屬於何種障礙類別

   1）emotional disturbance

  （2）other health impairment

  （3）specific learning disability

  （4）Tourette syndrome。

答案是(2)

那一條細則是這樣寫的：
(9) Other health impairment means having limited strength, vitality, or
alertness, including a heightened alertness to environmental stimuli, that
results in limited alertness with respect to the educational environment,
that—

(i) Is due to chronic or acute health problems such as asthma,
attention deficit disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,
diabetes,epilepsy, a heart condition, hemophilia, lead poisoning, leukemia,
nephritis, rheumatic fever, sickle cell anemia, and Tourette syndrome; and

(ii) Adversely affects a child’s educational performance.

以障礙病因來歸類這個症狀，也許可以當作國內鑑定的借鏡
