不過自己有個經驗也不賴...
雖然第一次過程可能有點複雜....
如你自己沒有信用卡....你就得去網路上買paypal
有信用卡沒申請過paypal....第一次用paypal好像有上限100美金.....
得等一個月後帳單寄到你家認證後才會開放...
