把所知道的一些國內目前的攀岩意外整理一下,
也請知道的人不吝補充或更正, 謝謝.

迎風裂隙岩械先鋒墜落, 岩械脫出,
墜至騙人的牆下側.
骨盆, 大腿, 顏面骨折
住院24日, 復健半年餘..
1997/3 中央大學岩場 毛毛虫/spsun
solo架繩時岩塊鬆動墜落, fall 4米
腳後跟輕微骨折, 休養近年.
1999 中央大學岩場 桃園長青/老大
solo時岩塊鬆動墜落,
腳踝骨折.
1999/6 龍洞/校門口 台大/bellring
leading surprise 5.10b
掛第二快扣時滑落直接墜中間平台,
腳踝扭/挫傷, 休養近二個月.
※surprise第二快扣位置欠佳,
對leading言算是有相當危險的路線.
1999 台大岩場 台大/cida
抱石時岩塊鬆動,
墜落時腳踝挫傷.
1999 政大岩場 政大523
確保時溝通不良,
確保手尚未就位即上攀並墜落3米.
股, 頭墜地.
救護車接走, 休養後應無大礙.
2000/10 成大活動中心 成大/dbo
岩訓垂降, 主繩未過主勾環,
抓繩墜落8米,
輕微腦震盪,住院後當小甜甜版主.
2001/10 龍洞/長巷 台大/inventer
leading 凹洞懸岩5.10a,
至最後倒數三個快扣處 fall,
腳不慎踢及凸出小平台,
腳踝骨折.
※長巷凹洞懸岩上部有幾步凸出的平台,
fall的姿勢不佳可能導致受傷,
亦是有相當危險性的路線.
2002/ 台大岩場 kmj
高難度抱石墜落, (手先著地)
手腕扭傷, 休養2個月.
2002/9 龍洞/人門岩 台大/spotboy
爬surprise 5.10b 墜落中間平台,
腳踝扭傷,
2002/9 龍洞/人門岩 台大/himay
橫渡至內面時不慎墜落林投叢,
擦傷,腳踝扭傷.
2002/9 熱海/蝙蝠洞 政大/evans
先鋒墜地, 尾椎受傷.
※蝙蝠洞第二和第三Bolt距離過遠,
對leading而言具有相當的危險性.
2002/11 山羊洞溪 台大/suli
先鋒攀瀑墜落,
一個自製runner拉鬆 (疑水結鬆脫)
一個岩釘支點脫出,
墜8米直至下方水中.
尾椎受傷, 休養後似無礙.
2002/10 成大活動中心 成大/joysoap
普魯士上昇時腰環自主勾環脫出,
自三樓墜地,
住院觀察後出院.
2002/12 龍洞/獨木腳 陳睿
雪攀行前訓, 重鞋攀登,
於岩壁上方BS確保second時支點系統部分失敗,
瞬間的擺盪位移導致足部脛骨骨折,
不確定是否因重鞋卡死於岩縫之故.
岩壁上坐直昇機, 住院, 打鋼釘.

登頂垂降時, 做為Top-Anchor的岩釘脫出,
直接墜地.
死亡.
不知年 龍洞/音樂廳 不知名.
包廂下段岩械先鋒, 墜落時岩械脫出直接墜地,
死亡.
不知年 龍洞/校門口 陳顯榮
登頂後直接用上方舊人留下之捨棄繩環垂降,
結果繩環斷裂墜落近10米.
骨折.
不知年 龍洞/校門口 黃百樂
熱身時抓掉一個岩點,墜落約五米
休養一個月
不知年 大霸/神仙台北壁 清華
岩塊鬆脫墜落, 受傷.
不知年 龍洞/佈告欄 清華/小黑
犀牛角墜落時腳踢到岩面
骨折
不知年 龍洞/長巷 交大/子寰
翻天手, 墜落時手抓快扣
手指骨折

Just saw your post on NCKU University BBS regarding climbing accident,
give you some extra details.
1979 Mr. Huang guan yen of Chinese Alpine association,
die from rappeling accident. Possible piton pulled out.
This should be in september, they were training for an
attempt on Taipa.
1996 or 7 Dragon Music hall.
Climber die right under whale head when pro failed during leading.
He die of his injuries in the hospital after getting transported
out of the small alcove (that we all go swim in) on a fishing boat.
You can ask Yum yum for exact detail as he was reponsible for
coordinating that accident. He told me about this story when we
were waiting for the helicopter.
1999 June. Chen Shen Long,
anchor failed (old sling broke) when abseiling for the 3rd time
on top of Lying wall.
Bala fell I think the year before, just 5 meter off the ground
when she warming up for a climb. apparently a handhold broke.
Regarding the Taipa accident, you can ask Huan shang (etch) as
it was his 'senior' who had the accident. But I think it was
on the west face.
My accident didn't involve a crack.
Somebody in the media wrote that.
All I did was fall 1/2 meter, swung left,
and caught my foot on small ledge.
The break point was right above the boot where there was no
protection from the boot.

1979, 中華山岳協會/黃冠葉, 死於垂降事故, 可能導因於岩釘脫出,
應是在9月時, 為大霸攀登準備時.
註: 應指原文中雷霆岩的墜落事件.

1996 或是 1997, 攀登者死於先鋒時支點失敗,
地點在龍洞鯨魚頭下方, 在經由長巷小海灣的漁船運送至醫院後,
因傷勢過重死亡. yumyum在該次事件負責協調的工作,
在陪同陳睿在岩壁上等待直昇機時告訴陳睿這個故事.
註: 原文指在攀爬包廂下方的路線, 與鯨魚頭是同一個區域.
有人說死者是輔大的, 原岩械路線在事故之後有打上 Bolt.

關於大霸的意外, 可以問問清大的王宏祥, 因為發生意外的是他學長.
但是陳睿猜測應該是在西壁.

至於陳睿本身的意外, 他說:
" 我的意外並無涉及裂縫(卡腳etc), 有些媒體上是這麼說的,
實際的狀況只是 (因為 belay- station 一部分支點失敗) 而墜落了半米,
向左搖擺, 而足部撞擊一個小突起. 脛骨斷裂處恰好在重靴上方缺乏保護處,
註: 不知道這不是意指脛骨是直接撞到岩壁突起而撞斷的.

不這樣怎麼能凹到大神顯靈...
也不算糗啦, 百樂, 康小哲之類的國手也都因為這樣掛過傷號.
而且solo掛繩也不是常人能辦到的.

聽起來好像就會有"封關一週紀念日"、"封關兩週紀念日"...之類的
