本人於本(十二)月初買了一雙登山鞋-SCARPA(高雄,$3800),和一般人一樣不知如何保養
,有人說要擦保革油,有人說不用.於是決定自己去查鞋子的說明書,其資料如后:

BX Designed to the shape of the British foot. Used predominantly for British
hill and mountain boots.
BXX A wider and higher volume version of the BX last, especially for people
with extra wide or larger volume feet.
經查詢該網站資料其皮革資料如下:
Crosta (Roughcut) Leather Often confused with Nubuck or Suede. Crosta is
premium suede ( Crosta is Italian for Cut).All Scarpa boots using Crosta
feature the leather in a reversed form.
其保養方法如下:
This leather should be treated with Nikwax fabric and leather proofer, if
you wish to maintain the textured appeal. However for maximum water
resistance use Scarpa HS12 cream or Nikwax Aqueous. These proofers will
smooth the finish of the leather.
本人之英文程度尚不足以於bbs中翻譯,但可得下列心得,以供參考:
1.根據皮革資料說明有很多種皮其外表都是粗糙的,易混淆(Nuback, Suede,
Crostra,Revered Anfibio),如果不是內行人,須看鞋子的說明書才知道.
2.根據保養方法來看,此種皮革不用皮革油.
