  1.can red point 5.10 or better

  2.be familiar with rope use and system operation

  3.have capability to be a leader

  4.have courage and dreams to realize, such as me

  5.independent, reasonable, calm enough when meeting problems and difficulties

  6.be rich enough to buy expensive and safe equipments
