  C. Infant Neurological International Battery：只適用到九個月


2.Non-newborn tests
  A. Denver Developmantal Screen Test (DDST)：
     初步篩檢用

  B. Chinese Children Developmantal Inventory (CCDI)：
     篩檢用。適用六個月到六歲，無法靜下來做評量的小孩。320題是非題。

  C. Baley Scales of Infant Developmental Inventory (BSID)：
     重要。黃金校標。適用至42個月。

  D. Early Intervention Developmantal Profile (EIDP)：
     介入量表。臨床常用

  E. Peabody Developmantal Motor Scale - 2nd edition (PDMS - 2)：
     適用0~7歲

  F. Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency (BOTMP)：
     適用四歲半至十四歲。唯一可適用至國中的量表，School PT常用。

  G. Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory (PEDI)：
     測ADL的disability

  H. Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM)：
     CP絕對會用

  I. Movement Assessment Battery for Chldren (Movement ABC)：
     評量協調能力。主要用於developmantal coordination disorder的兒童，
     適用4~12歲。
