先了解句意 因為無線電的價格直落 所以行動電話變的普遍
E 表達了動作的先後順序 前面用 has plummeted 後面用 are increasingly common

感覺之前回文有未盡處，野人獻曝補充一下
A錯是因為"and"連接because of(名詞片語）及as mobile...（子句）
違反平衡法，且and之前有","，理應平衡三者以上，且在A之中以phones後
"are"為主要動詞，非以many people為主詞，違背句意。
D錯主要因為全句無主要動詞，many people後應加上"are"，否則不成句。
