bachelor'’s degree equivalent from an accredited college or university.
* Fill out and sign the College/University Transcript Cover Page (Form

* Official transcripts are required to finalize admission to USC.
Unofficial transcripts can be used for evaluation purposes, but official
transcripts must be submitted prior to initial registration.
* Students who are currently enrolled in a baccalaureate program must

一般cover page不是要連同成績單一起寄出嗎

POSTAL就是郵局，所以EMS也是郵局，EMS由台灣郵局寄去當地後，是由美國郵局USPS遞送
所以很明顯，EMS請寄這個地址

這個地址跟上面那個有何不同? 就是上面有點像是校內的郵政信箱，而這個有地址號碼
還有路名，這很明顯是給快遞用的，就是DHL, UPS, FedEx等等，EMS不在此列

這個就是第一個郵政信箱的，EMS寄的地址

這個意思是，你填這張單寄去妳大學的教務處或學務處管成績單的地方，叫他們幫你寄成
績單去給你要申請的學校
會有這種單是因為，美國大學有的不直接讓畢業生回去申請成績單，而要學生出具這種
表格才肯發成績單給畢業生，或幫忙寄去申請學校
但台灣各大學通常都會讓畢業生回去申請成績單，所以其實可以不必理會這種表格，直接
寄彌封好的成績單給申請學校就好
如果還是覺得不妥，打電話去問清楚吧
就我所知，如果你自己可以申請到已經彌封的成績單的話，是可以不用附上這種表格的
