放心~FAQ裡面有說，我也寫信去問過了，supporting documents確實可以晚2周抵達(心
理系例外，"只能"晚一週)。
不過線上application就一定得在15號搞定啦!

A:
Yes, materials may be received up to two(2) weeks after the deadline
date for the specific department, with the exception of the Psychology
Department which will accept materials up to one(1) week after the
deadline date.
