我的理解是，該校要求你提供一個附回郵及註明地址的信封給你的推薦人，
當他完成推薦函之後，會以這個回郵信封彌封後寄回給你，請不要拆開這個
信封，直接放入你的大信封，跟其他申請資料寄到學校。
