[問題] 請問有關推薦信的問題

[hcchcc (頭髮好長好爽..)]

SUNY stony brook的recommendation form寫到:
Writers of letters of recommendation are requested to write
a statement on this form and return two copies.

請問這是什麼意思阿??
是說要推薦者回覆兩個一模一樣的form?
還是一個form一個letter叫做two copies?

可以麻煩解答一下..謝謝!!
