[問題] Berkeley的推薦信

我想請問一下
UCB的線上系統裡推薦信的部分有這麼一行文字:
Please mail this form directly to the graduate assistant of the
proposed department noted at the top of the page. Do not send
this form to Graduate Admissions.

但是我想申請的系上網頁又說建議所有申請文件一起寄，
那麼推薦信究竟是否該分開寄呢?
我有寫信去問系上但是到現在都還沒有回音，
想請教一下有申請Berkeley的人你們都怎麼處理呢?
