請問一下OSU 線上申請填的資料

然後下方就是一個很多欄的表格~
Ages  Gradelevel  CalendarYear Name and type of        City  Degree/Diploma/
                               educational institution       Certificate/Awa-
                               or, if not in school,         rded
                               describe what
                               you were doing


請問一下這個是將大學四年一年一年填上這樣嗎?
應該沒錯吧.......
