不過跟UPenn很近 so...

跟Philly比 有一點沒落
公立的學校 便宜一點
Drexel - National No. 103
VA Commom. 3rd tier
Philly是新興的金融中心
對設計方面可能好一點
Richmond是菸草業的大本營
傳產比較多一些

另外
這裡是全美最大的黑人區
考慮一下吧

va整體來說算是種族歧視不少的地方
和philly比起來會有一段差距

我不這麼認為
我認為費城是一個很棒的城市
黑人很多是沒錯，但是都蠻親切的阿!
而且對外交通也都很方便
生活機能也很方便
