Depends on your account. I bought a virgin mobile when my mom was
visiting me. After that the account is expired and the number is no
longer valid. After 6 month, my friend came and I open a new account
with new number, but use the same phone.

Yes.
: 3.有甚麼方案比較適合我的需求 短期 接電話 為主
It depends on who is calling you. For example if most of your friend
is using cingular, cingular's Go phone might be good. It has free mobile
to mobile calling witin cingular for select plans.
: 4.我是不是一定要用 virgin mobile 的方案
Since there is no sim card for virgin mobile's phone, I dont think you can
do that. Maybe you can google to see if there is any solution.
: 5.哪裡可以買的到我 mobile可以用的電話卡(裡面不能用sim卡)
Do you mean top off your account balance? You can do it online or buy
recharge card in stores where selling virgin mobile.
