excuse me,

I wanna call my friend in Taiwan by the prepaid phone card as mention on title

However, I found that I can not call her cell phone...


the following is how I do:

call 18009495451

enter the PIN

then ..011-886-09XXXXXXXXX...


the voice message told me that I have 59 minute, and then I heard the voice

of what we can always heard when waiting on the line..

However, I was asked to dial the phone number again....and the same thing keeps

happening.....



can anyone tell me how to do ?  thanks..

推 eeghost:you just dial 011-886-9XXXXXXXX. 0 is not needed.
推 johneric:記得上網設定內定使用號碼,打的時候就不用輸入pin
推 cejun:我不太記得手機跟室內電話是7:1還是9:1了 打手機通話時間比
→ cejun:市話短  一樓說的是正確的  不用打零
→ witJeff:撥手機號碼,就是011-886-9xxxxxxxx,那個0就是886,所以撥室
→ witJeff:話也就是011-886-2XXXXXXXXy
