P.S.找到指導教授就轉RA，沒有的話，成績有3.0還是可以拿TA。

Rejection: 六間 top10 的Materials Science and Engineering
           不中很正常╮(╯_╰)╭

Pending: Polymer Science at Akron
         Polymer Science and Engineering at UMass
         Macromolecular Science and Engineering at CWRU
         ChE at the University at Buffalo--SUNY
         (另外三間TOEFL都沒過，都是MSE，中的機率比中樂透低就不提了= =|||)

P.S. 我有請在Akron念Polymer Science的學長幫我打聽申請的情況，系辦秘書說他們已經
     開始發第二輪offer了(二月就有發給一些大陸人了)，所以現在沒有的話大概凶多吉
     少了T.T

Decision: 99%選VT，下禮拜一就會給VT回覆了。

Recommendation:
一封是專題老師，一封是修課(主科+研究所硬課)很高分的老師，這兩位老師都是做高分子
物理的。第三封就是請現在的老闆。


心得:

選校:
我是分排名1-10、10-20、30-50這三個區塊各選一些學校丟，不過我1-10的學校丟比較
多。然後因為那時候想做高分子物理方面的研究，有請教兩位幫我寫推薦信的老師。
其實高分子強的學校大概就是UMass, Akron, MIT, UMN, CWRU這幾間。


TOEFL/GRE:
考的不是很好，我大多也是看Verbal版跟iBT版準備的，想準備考試的可以多去這兩版逛逛


SOP/Resume:
VT的化工沒有要求要SOP，但是有要回答一些問題(有限回答字數)，這些問題基本上一般
SOP都會提到，大概就類似問什麼long-term goal之類的問題。
Resume的部分跟我上面分享的background的大同小異。


P.S.其實應該剛申請完的時候就分享的，現在滿腦子都在想找指導教授跟資格考的事，
    對之前申請的事已經忘的差不多了，有問題的可以寫信問我。
