心得:
其實很多人都分享了很多心得等，我覺得下定決心與堅持蠻重要的，另一點就是
有教授賞識你，基本上錄取的機會就很大，或者是背景很強的話..
雖然錄取了，但比較想去的 McGill (我女朋友在那..Q_Q) 拒絕了我，我問了好
幾次原因，回信跟我說他們收的學生 GPA 都是 4.0 不會低於 3.9，唉..第二近
的 Ottawa 更是才寄到材料沒幾天就來信說抱歉..寫著
We can not accept you into our programme since, due to current Ontario
government policies, there is effectively a limit on how many
non-Canadian students that the University can accept. For this year,
the number of international graduate students the Department of
Electrical and Computer Engineering can accept lowers to 2 or 3 only.
If you can not prove yourself with solid research background and
potential and outstanding grades, it is difficult for you to compete
against other international applicants.
拒絕就算了，還把話說得這麼明 >_<。這樣看來，Toronto 大概也是不用看了，
口說也沒到它的標準 22，一定被拒絕的。還有要申請安省學校的人，都該注意
一下現在該省的新政策。
MIT 和 Stanford 就沒話說..算是碰運氣而已吧。(Stanford 其實真的上了也
不會去，好遠..自我安慰ing)
以距離及學校來考量，我就應該選擇去 Columbia 吧。可是到 Montreal 還是很
遠，要搭飛機還要有簽證......
總之，祝大家也都能收到好的錄取。
