"Natalie's match is Suede in heaven"
STUNNING singer Natalie Imbruglia and Britpop legend Brett Anderson are an
item, I can reveal.
The pair have enjoyed a string of romantic dates and the former Neighbours
star has told pals she is serious about the Suede singer.
Wildman Brett is famous for leading the classic rock 'n roll lifestyle of sex
and drugs.
Aussie Natalie, on the other hand, began her career as a wholesome actress in
the soap.
Her fans include Prince William - who is said to have her picture on his
bedroom wall - and she has dated a string of rock stars.
The unlikely couple have been enjoying each other's company while working on
material for their new albums.
A close pal of Brett's told me: "I was amazed when Brett said he was seeing
Natalie. I would never have placed the two of them together.
"But it's happening. They've been out quite a few times and love each other's
company.
"It's really quite sweet actually - they are behaving like teenagers."
The pair hit it off when they met at a party a month ago, and Brett's mate
says they haven't looked back since.
Grungey Brett lives in London's trendy Notting Hill, while Natalie commutes to
the capital from her ￡1.5million villa-style home near Windsor Castle.
The path to true love hasn't run smoothly in the past for either of the stars.
Brett famously used to date Elastica babe Justine Frischmann, once part of
the Suede line-up, who went on to move in with Blur's Damon Albarn.
Natalie has also had a string of well known loves.
She has been linked with Robbie Williams, Lenny Kravitz, Silverchair singer D
aniel Johns, Friends actor David Schwimmer and businessman Jago Anderson.
