actually i find that more& more people translate them into
"是呀他是工程師"

but in informal cases, u can say that!
i.e. No"." "She" is a teacher.
if u wanna make a - answer, u should reply the Q in -
form. anyway,
if (a) the statement of the Q is FALSE, then
deny the statement of the Q first, and then state ur
true statement.
(b) the statement of the Q is TRUE, then just say yes!
: A: Are you from China?
: B: No, I am from Taiwan.

事實上，這個比較一般口語和文語的差別。
口語可以很容易，文語要正式。
所以口語能說No, she's a teacher. or No. She's a teacher.
但在文語裡面偏向 No, she is not. She's a teacher.
不過現在的考試好像都口文語不分。
像那天我看見cousin的考試裡面有一題Come talk to me和
Let's go do something interesting.
(sigh)也不知道對不對，只知道那是口語。
