可不可以就看英美人士怎麼用，
根據我收集到的資料，外國人是接受這樣的說法，
不論書面語還是口語都有人這樣使用，舉一兩個例子如下：
1. Dear Harsnet, he wrote, I am not sure if this will reach you
and I know that even if it does you will not reply.
2. They weren't sure if they would find Rose there at all or what
way they would find her if they did.
3. I'm not sure if there's anything on.
前兩句來自書本，第三句來自口語對話....
既然英美人士都用了這麼順了，PO的原句絕對沒有錯.....
