想要請問一個問題，在3631篇有老師解過，但是我還是沒辦法很清楚的辨別~
我常常在寫and連接下個句子時，會考慮要不要加逗點、and…
像：
Mr. Lin gave me a red pen yesterday, and today he gave me a blue one.
(有逗點有and)
When he talked to me, he took out his cell phone to show me.
(沒有加and)
Why not turn of the TV and go out for bicycle riding?
(沒有加逗點)
請問這其中的差異在哪呢?煩請各位老師指點迷津…謝謝> <
