我以前也覺得關代不能修飾代名詞
不過，有一句名言

好像就是用來修飾代名詞
或許只是很少碰到&現在很少用吧XD

我覺得(B)選項如果把She當成非限定來看
後面關代用非限定
好像就可以符合題目本意了~
