發現這一題我還真有些猶豫
不知有沒有強者可以指點
Drunk driving or dricing under the influence of nacrotics
or any other illegal substances will be subject to penalties
heavier than "those" stipulated by existing laws.
請問最後一句的Those是指 penalties 還是 從句首的drunk driving... substances
呢 ?? 我想好久都想不出來 .....
