標題[解題] 3 cartons of milk is/are enough.

15 liters of water *has been poured into the tank.

這種題目似乎存在很大的爭議 我想請問大家 如果有人把這個東西出在考卷裡(雖然我
認為不應出這種有爭議性的考題) 大家是支持用複數動詞還是單數動詞呢？
